Comprising a living room extended by a sea-facing terrace and a garden-facing balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people.

The apartment offers fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and is located in the exclusive Croix des Gardes neighborhood of Cannes, with the beach just a few minutes away.
The center of Cannes is 3 km away, and the nearest shops are within walking distance.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeps up to 6 people). It has been recently renovated! A large swimming pool, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, an elevator, and guest parking are part of the secure complex.

This apartment will charm you with its setting, its unobstructed views to the sea, and its high-quality amenities. It will be ideal for your business or leisure stays.

You will reach the center of Cannes in just 10 minutes and will also be a few minutes from the nearest beaches of the Midi.

Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, pool towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).

With your sneakers on, let's discover the natural treasures of Cannes' green lung.
Dominating the center of Cannes, the Croix des Gardes hill watches over the city. Classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, this park is a precious reserve for Provençal flora and fauna. An unmissable natural heritage that we can't wait to explore.
From the first step into the park, we are charmed by its typical vegetation. Pine forests of umbrella pines, maquis of various varieties, mimosas... These 80 hectares of forest are as much promise for our eyes as our noses.

Along the botanical trails, you'll discover the arboretum, home to more than 40 varieties of mimosa. It's one of the most beautiful mimosa forests on the Côte d'Azur and a true delight for the senses!

Among the many attractions of the Croix des Gardes Park are its viewpoints. As you gain altitude, you'll gradually discover the magnificent landscapes of the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands, and the surrounding mountains such as the Esterel Massif and the Pre-Alps. This 360° panoramic view of Cannes is a unique experience that deserves a good pair of binoculars. Make a note of this for next time!

"La Banane" is a neighborhood in the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, Rue d'Antibes, the beaches, and the prestigious hotels.

La Banane is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, the city's nerve center with all its shops and restaurants. It's also a highly sought-after and lively location. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you! Not to mention the beach, 100 meters away, and La Croisette, just as close. You'll be just a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
A bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building.

Whether you're on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as your main attraction, or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a popular place for strolling and shopping. For a coffee or restaurant break, we recommend a seat at a café on Rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere of the old town of Le Suquet will delight you.

## Transit

Access to the accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is possible by bus: take the 230 express bus towards Cannes and get off at Cannes SNCF train station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and this stop is located 1 km from the apartment.

Cannes SNCF train station allows you to easily visit Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton, and even Italy.
