The apartment has been renovated but the original style remains with the Provençale floor tiling and high ceilings.
The added value of this property is the large sunny terrace at the back of the apartment. It overlooks the roofs and is quiet. It is an extra room to live in as soon as the spring season comes round. The terrace has not been renovated yet but works have been planned for next year.
An elegant fireplace genuinely gives a cosy vibe to the living room. You can also have your meals in this room as the console becomes a table for 4.
The bedrooms are roomy. The first one has a double bed.
The second one has two single beds convertible into a double bed.
The bathroom is modern and very pleasant, it has a large shower. Toilets are independent.
The kitchen is very well-equipped. It also has a little dining area.
