3 bath or shower rooms, each with WC and one with laundry room / washing machine
Bright 21 sqm living room with large sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table for 6-8 guests and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge).
