- A separate kitchen with everything you will need during your stay.
- A bedroom with a roomy queen size bed and a spacious closet.
- A shower room with toilets.
- A lounging area between the kitchen and living room, perfect for relaxing reading time.

Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station or 20 minutes by bus or by private driver for which our Concierge Service can arrange for you.

Want to go to the center of Cannes and its points of interest? Follow the famous Croisette seafront boulevard and reach the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, between the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.
