Our “Le Petit Maison” Condo accommodates up to 2 people and includes a Kitchen with State of Art Induction Cook-top, Nespresso Cappuccino-Latte Maker, Kitchen and Cooking Utensils, Iron, Ironing Board, 1 Bathroom with standing Shower and Washer and Dryer, 1 Bedroom with 1 King Bed, 40 inch Top of Line LCD TV, Living room with sofa group, table and 1 Fullsize bed, 51 Inch Plasma TV, Dining table with chairs. SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING:
- We provide 2 twin down comforters for the king-size Bed and 1 twin down comforter for the full-size bed. (that is 1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a king size bed-set-up and 2 pillows for each twin size bed-set-up (that is 2 per person)
- We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet.

The apartment condo is on the top 4th floor; the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor. To get to the apartment condo, use the last stairs from the 3rd to the 4th floor.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES: The rate fluctuates based on the number of persons staying and visiting, so inquire for a customized rate quote or if you plan on adding more persons to your group in an existing reservation (the more people you add, the higher the rate).
• No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation.
• Tenants/guests need to inquire before making the reservation. Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration).
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the above house and community home rules. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances. We appreciate your understanding.
