In the very center of Cannes, 100 m from the Croisette and the beaches and 500 m from the Palais de Festival (no more than 5 minutes walk), enjoy a spacious, well-appointed studio. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. (Rare for a studio!)

A cosy place of 25 m2 without loss of space: Large oval table in the center, well-equipped kitchen area (4 hotplates, extractor hood with exhaust, large integrated fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker + french press, toaster, kettle ... .), sofa corner (3 places) / TV (BlueRay / DVD player, sleeping area (2 double bunk beds 140 x 200 with comfortable mattress), large wardrobe for your personal belongings, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, air conditioning, double glazing . (The flat at 1st floor without lift).

The flat is located right in the city center ("carré d'or"), just behind the seafront (La Croisette). The beach is only 2 minutes walk (watch in hand). You can forget about your car and do everything on foot!

Located in the lively and festive district of Cannes, you are in a pedestrian street with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. You will have everything needed to go out to eat, have drinks, go dancing, go shopping ... in return this also means that the street can be a bit noisy during the evening.

The apartment is not suitable for young children due to the high bunk bed, nor for babies (no equipment).

1st floor, no elevator.

Check-In : from 4 p.m.
Check-Out : Until 10 a.m.
Early arrival and late departure often possible if accommodation is available. (Or drop off luggage as well).
