Florella Clemenceau is a residence consisting of 7 apartments of different types, all designed to provide optimal comfort for guests. Its location offers easy access to the beaches, close to the port and restaurants, as well as the main points of interest in the city: from the picturesque Suquet with its famous Marché Forville, to the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, passing through the shopping streets and the Carré d’Or district with its many local establishments. An ideal choice for a leisure stay or a comfortable business trip.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.
For self check-in, a key box is available.

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
