The air conditioning in my room did not work. There were no other rooms available to move to. I told the hotel I had to move hotels which I did 4 hours after I checked in. The hotel charged me $670.75. I am disputing the charge.

Hotel was nice but did not like the bathroom open layout. Shower situation was a mess! Super uncomfortable for 3 people. I hated the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic & service was good. Would not recommend the room we had.

clean and friendly hotel. Shower in bathtub is not my favorite and the water pressure is simply not there. Road works and construction going on from 7am which is not something the hotel can do anything about but ask for a room on a different side.

This property is extremely over-priced for what you’re paying for. Upon check in, the front desk automatically assumed we didn’t pay for our stay prior to arrival and insinuated that I owed money for the nights we were staying. I politely reminded her that I paid in advance. Once we went into our room, it was pretty dirty. There was a huge yellow stain on the bed, the bathroom didn’t seem clean and the room was extremely warm. I had to go back downstairs and ask to mitigate the situation. The hotel eventually switched us to another room, but once we were in this new room, the toilet stopped working. I wouldn’t stay here in the future, there are much better hotels in Cannes.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and all the rooms are very clean and modern with robes, slippers, a daily stocked mini fridge and a convenient smart TV. The pool area is on the small side with only 6 sunbeds however we managed to get a bed each day, but I imagine this maybe more difficult in the summer months. There is a beach club that belongs to the hotel on Croisette beach. Prices are separate for this and vary based on the month. It would of been nice for these to be provided to hotel guests for free or heavily discounted as they remained empty our entire stay, I suspect due to cost. The staff were generally helpful, however there was a few incidences were we felt staff were quite rude, we were told we could not eat/drink our own food by the pool/outdoor seating area and the lady was really quite rude. We had checked out and had a 10pm flight so this was quite and unpleasant end to our stay after we had spent a lot of money and paid each day for drinks at the bar. Upon checkout there was room to store luggage however nowhere to get a shower. We asked if we could keep our room on to a later time on a number of occasions but were told each time to come back the next day to ask, we were told on checkout it would be €20 each hour after 1pm. Again and ideal solution would be to provide a shower room for guests, as we had to resort to using a toilet to change.

am writing to you today to convey my extreme level of disappointment with my experience at at M Gallery Croisette Beach in Cannes. My reservation was booked via Expedia travel for 22 July to 24 July 2024 and I was very much looking forward to my stay at the M Gallery Hotel in Cannes based on my recent stay and experience in Bodrum, Turkey M Gallery. I am writing this note to express my deep level of dissatisfaction at so many parts of the experience when I checked in to the hotel as they were terrible and require to be addressed and fixed. I will describe in detail below! Upon arriving at the hotel, it was horrible as the hotel was not prepared to deal with traffic and guest check in on the night of Cannes Firework Show. Their is no clear signage on the hotel on a dark street which helped to confirm that we had arrived at our destination, the front door attendant didn’t help with laggiage check in or parking valet as he mostly watched. The hotel front desk manager was frustrated that we were frustrated at my concerns and it took several minutes to even enter the hotel!! In today’s modern age, this is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel in the height of the holiday travel season!! The experience to gain access cards and check in was very difficult as there was an upgrade and payment for 2 separate beds and a balcony with a view and none of this was the case upon arriving to the room!!!! No one helped us to our room and then to find a room with mis matched set up really ga

This hotel was a big surprise for a 4 star and was better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in The staff were amazing from day one to the end and could not do enough for us We have already recommended them to friends and we will come back again and again !
