Located in the lower Croix des Gardes area, this villa enjoys a peaceful residential environment while remaining close to the beaches and the center of Cannes.

This 200 m² property welcomes up to eight guests and includes both the main villa and an independent studio.

The living room offers a bright space with sofa, TV, dining area and views over the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Three bedrooms are located in the main house, with double beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms complete the layout.

An independent studio provides additional privacy with its own kitchen, bedroom and air conditioning.

Outside, the landscaped garden surrounds the private swimming pool, offering several areas to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The beaches can be reached in about one minute on foot, while the Palais des Festivals is around twenty minutes away on foot.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
