This superb 38m2 apartment is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a cosy bedroom, a bathroom and benefits from an ideal location, close to everything.
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of :
-Palais des festivals : 13 min on foot and 5 min by car
-Beaches : 7 min by foot and 2 min by car
-Supermarket : 2 min walk
-Restaurants / bar : 3 to 8 min on foot
-Parking : Public paying parking at 7 min walk, however, when you arrive at the entrance of Suquet, you can call the city service on the terminal so that they open the passage only the time to deposit your luggage. You will then have to go back out to park in the vicinity.

The apartment, located on the 1st floor, without elevator, will be prepared at your arrival with sheets and towels of quality (organic and fair cotton). It has an internet connection and reversible air conditioning only in the living room.


The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people:
- Living room: flat screen TV + home cinema speaker + sofa bed (140) + reversible air conditioning
- Equipped kitchen open to the living room : fridge + kettle + toaster + microwave + Nespresso + extractor hood
- Bedroom : 1 double bed (140) + 1 fan
- Bathroom : shower + WC
- Facilities: free high-speed wifi + air conditioning in the living room + washing machine + iron and ironing board + hair dryer + cot + high chair.

Services offered in addition:
- Early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability
- Late departure, after 11:00 am, according to availability
- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.

We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site

The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
