THE APARTMENT

Upon arrival, the spacious living room, basted in natural light, will welcome you with its tasteful decoration and its three functional distinct areas:

- The modern and colorful living space, featuring a bookcase sure to please the amateur (or connoisseur) readers.
- An open-floor kitchen, well-equipped with all you will need (including oven and dishwasher).
- A cozy/comfy lounge area, for relaxing in from of the smart TV.

This room opens out to a terrace facing the Mediterranean and the picturesque Lerins Islands. Equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and an electric barbecue, this outdoor space is ideal for moments of relaxation. An elliptical trainer is also available.

The first bedroom, with a cozy style, features a queen size bed (160cm), a smart TV as well as a private bathroom (with double sink, tub and shower).

The second bedroom features an office/study space and a built-in dressing room.

Both bedrooms have access to a second, more shaded terrace.

An additional separate shower room with toilets completes the floor plan.

The closest shops are down your street, only 10 minutes away on foot, where you will find a small grocery store and a bakery.

- The beaches of the Mouré Rouge district, or the village ambiance of the Palm Beach.
