Generally, the air conditioning mode is active from approximately mid-May to the end of October, while the heating mode is active from the end of October to mid-May. However, these periods may vary slightly from year to year depending on weather conditions and decisions made by the building management.

The apartment is very close to the old district of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
