Consisting of 3 ROOMS, the apartment is SUUNY, BRAND NEW very well equipped with its American kitchen with central island, and it has 2 bathrooms with walk - in showers. The toilets are separate.

The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 comfortable single beds (90x190) that can be joined together to take advantage of 180x190 double beds, they overlook a small, quiet street in the city center, rue de Bône. EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM.
Each guest benefits from their individual closet with wardrobe, and storage drawers.
The bedding is QUALITY, with thick mattresses, and soft pillows. Because your COMFORT is essential for us, as is your REST.

The large SUNNY living room is full of CHARM, with its stone wall and fireplace, and has a convertible sofa, a SMART TV with internet (with Netflix etc ...).

The kitchen is not to be outdone, with plenty of storage, and all its equipment: Traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, latest generation induction hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle , and everything else you may need. A real PLEASURE OF COOKING.
