Located on the fourth floor of a classic building (with elevator access up to the third floor, then one flight of stairs), this studio offers a well-organized and functional living space.
The main room, air-conditioned and attic-style, features a sofa bed (140x200cm), a relaxation area with smart TV and fiber internet, and a window overlooking the rooftops of Cannes.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for everyday needs (hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, and cooking utensils) and opens onto the main living area.
A shower room with WC completes the layout.
A simple, pleasant, and well-located apartment, ideal for a business stay or for discovering the French Riviera.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 5 minutes on foot.
