Two bedrooms with queen-size beds are located on the ground floor and both enjoy en suite private bathrooms with walk-in Italian showers and suspended toilets. The largest one has a bathtub too.

Also, on same floor, if you plan to stay in Cannes for business purposes, you'll enjoy a dedicated closed teleworking space, away from the buzz of main lounge.

On first floor, the roomy and luminous main lounge faces south-west and offers an unoverlooked urban landscape, spotted here and there with greenery.

There you can seat up to 8 guests for memorable lunches and diners, cook at ease in a modern, fully equipped, open and integrated kitchen or take a snack or an espresso on the run on the kitchen's countertop. On one side, a cozy lounge space is there to host your aperitif or your TV sessions. When combined with the armchairs of the other side reading corner, you'll have a great set up for chatting and socializing your whole party.

On first floor as well, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms with queen-size beds. The contiguous bathroom, which has a walk-in italian shower and suspended toilets, is theirs.

A private parking lot for one vehicle (1), dimensions 5m x 2.5m, is made available for free to our guests which is highly valuable in the neighborhood. In addition, a public paid parking is available 350m away.

For an additional fee, we offer the possibility to recharge your electric vehicle on our parking lot. User has to provide cord.

Our fees include the bed and bathroom linen, and the cleaning of the place after your departure, except for stays of 2 nights or less, in which case additional fees may apply.
