The Cannes Villa Francia Residence, located in the "La Croix des Gardes" district of Cannes La Bocca, offers a peaceful retreat just 2 km from the center of Cannes and the iconic Croisette. Set within a lush 5-hectare exotic park, the residence provides a tranquil setting for families, with stunning panoramic views of the sea from the terrace by the infinity pool. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the Delacroix building and offers 30m² of space, including a living room with a double sofa bed, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The terrace and available parking make this residence an ideal base for your stay.

Guests can enjoy various leisure activities within the residence, including free access to the ping pong table and children’s play area. Additionally, the residence has a tennis court and is located just 800 meters from the beach. For those seeking further adventure, water skiing is available nearby (additional charge), and a beautiful 18-hole golf course is just 20 minutes away. The infinity pool is a highlight, with deckchairs available at an additional cost (managed by an external company). The pool is unheated and open from April 15 to November 4. Note that the residence is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, and it is recommended to have a vehicle for easy access to attractions outside the residence.

Additional services available for an extra charge include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and bathroom towels, as well as daily linen change if requested. The residence provides parking with a maximum height of 1.90 m and does not offer outdoor parking. Pets are allowed, subject to availability and an additional fee, and baby kits are available on request. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and must be paid upon arrival. Please note that the supermarket is permanently closed, and the tourist tax will need to be paid via the Maeva platform.
