Rentals are general from Saturday to Saturday, except for congresses or Film Festival.
You can however make a "special" request, I will study it carefully.

Very pleasant air-conditioned 2 room apartment on the 5th floor, perfectly thought out for optimal comfort with a large terrace not overlooked for pleasant moments ...
You will appreciate the atmosphere of well-being that emerges from this bright apartment, oriented S / W with bay window, blind and electric shutters for each room ...
Very central, all amenities within walking distance: shops and restaurants on site; the train station, the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the port, the Forville market at 500 meters.

- an entrance,
- a beautiful air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, television, wifi internet,
- a fully fitted American kitchen (LV, LL),
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed, individual electric bed bases and high-end mattresses for restful nights; Bay window,
- a bathroom with multi-jet shower,
- a separate toilet,
- storage.

To be pleasant ... the beds are made on arrival, the towels provided, the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable.

*** Deposit not required on site but MANDATORY on arrival, in the amount of € 200, returned on the day of departure.

*** Arrivals are until 8:00 p.m., however and depending on my availability I can welcome you until 11:00 p.m., an additional € 30.00 will be required, after 11:00 p.m .: € 50.00

*** Important recommendations for departure:
To do :
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels must be removed, folded and gathered in heaps.
- Emptied garbage cans.
- The dishes must be clean and tidy.
- The dishwasher must be emptied.
- The refrigerator must be emptied.
- The clean and tidy kitchen area.

If these positions are not filled, you will be charged a flat rate of € 50.

In case of individual departure you must turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating and close the shutters.
