Welcome to The Lodges C-1! This large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to get away to the Pacific Northwest town of Cannon Beach. With two levels and spacious comfort throughout, you can't go wrong when selecting this townhome for your vacation. Just one block from the beach, and a short walk to a number of restaurants and bakeries, Tolovana State Park is nearby offering a convenient beachfront recreation area for numerous activities.

Upon entering The Lodges C-1, you will find yourself in the foyer and downstairs hallway. Located off this hallway is an entrance to the one car garage, the laundry room with full size washer and dryer as well as the master bedroom. A second off street parking spot can be found in the driveway in front of the garage door.

The master bedroom suite spaciously encompasses half of the lower level. The King bed takes up a large portion of the bedroom, but there is still plenty of room to move throughout the space. A glass door serves as an entrance out to the patio and shared common area with a firepit. The numerous windows allow for a ton of natural light. The attached bathroom is spacious and bright with a double vanity, large walk in shower, and large soaking tub with a fireplace located above. You can definitely soak away your stress in this spa-like oasis!

Up the staircase in the foyer you will find the main living area as well as two additional bedrooms. Straight ahead at the top of the staircase is the second bathroom, with walk-in shower only, that is shared by the two upstairs bedrooms. To the left of the staircase are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a King bed and offers access to a private balcony overlooking a shared community space. The second bedroom is set up as a small living room with a sleeper sofa and TV - the perfect area for the kids to entertain themselves!

The spacious living area is truly a welcoming room. With the same wood paneled, cathedral ceilings found in all of the rooms on this level, it is bright, open and makes for the perfect place for everyone to gather. Numerous windows allow natural light into the room, and the comfortable couch and two armchairs provide a place to sit and talk about the adventures everyone shared that day. The fully equipped kitchen has a centrally located island, with seating for 2, providing extra counter space for preparing a large meal or quick breakfast. Nearby is the dining table that seats 6 and is perfect for evening meals or family game nights.
