Hawthorn Farm

Perfect location, perfect cottage, so very quiet you just sleep so well and a great host in Steve. Will definitely keep on my list of places to stay.

Very clean. Host was very friendly and met us as we arrived. Showed us around and was very accommodating. We were very happy. Cottage was also well stocked with enough plates/cups/glasses, coffee machine, dish washer. Had a table either side of the cottage and one with an umbrella. They reached out in advance in order to make sure the beds would be in the needed arrangement for us.

Wonderful stay in the Kent countryside

The cottage was marvellous and spacious for 5 guests. The outside space was great for the children to play and explore and feeding the donkeys was an added bonus. Many thanks to Steve and Tina for making the stay a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend the property for a family stay.

Lovely Cottage

Rowan Cottage was lovely, it was cosy, neat and the space was just right for a party of five. The grounds are spacious and home to hares and foxes which we saw often coming in or out. A walk round the neighbourhood was also refreshing. A car is a must to get around.verall, an enjoyable experience!
