The management just left 3 workers to fend for themselves. The maintenance guy was working the front desk, laundry, and housekeeping. He was a great guy, just previous owners messed everything up. It's not called the Townhouse anymore. He did the best he could for what he had. Air worked great and it was nice enough just to sleep in.

I think we just booked at the wrong time. It’s in the process of being sold at auction. We didn’t have toilet paper or clean towels, the elevators didn’t work and there was no breakfast. I felt bad for the staff who worked and had to deal with every guest with complaints. It was a place to sleep for the night and that’s all I needed.

The front desk employees were not available for 40min at check-in. I was told no rooms were available due to no house keeping and to come back in a hour. We did not spend the night at this hotel. We left within 15 minutes of getting into our room. We arrived well after check in time and still had to wait 10 minutes for our room to be cleaned and ready. The main lobby was clean and looked to be under going a renovation. As we walked down the hall to our room there was an unpleasant smell. Our room had been wiped down but some of the surfaces were sticky. There was not any soap or shampoo in the bathroom and there was a stain in the bathtub. Some of the furniture and light fixtures were visibly damaged.

No ac heat or cabin the room. Bathroom clogged and no one could unclog it. Staff want friendly. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to check in. Breakfast was a bag of donuts and oranges and bananas. Rooms were not clean and looked like they were thorn apart and just left.
