Situated right next to the town park that features a softball field, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball courts and a plaground providing hours of safe, fun outdoor activites. 15 Minutes to the Lycoming and Tioga State forests full of hiking trails, cross country skiing trails, biking, fishing and hunting. Three blocks from the Towanda Creek that is stocked with trout and excellent year round fishing. Less than an hour to Williamsport and the Little League World Series. The house stays warm and inviting with heating throughout. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet night in or exploring nearby attractions, this brilliant home provides a marvelous base for your stay.
