Come relax and enjoy the great views provided by the 2nd-floor covered deck!
Boasting 2 kings and 3 queen beds, an open kitchen, dinning and living room, plenty of parking for you and your family/friends, high-speed Wi-Fi, and TVs upstairs and down with access to your favorite streaming services, this is the perfect place to rest your head when you're not out enjoying all the lake has to offer.
Note: No parties or events are allowed at this home.
Home Details:
After saying hello to the many friendly deer that frequent the home, make your way inside to find the open kitchen, dinning and living room area of the 1st floor. Connected to the living area is the master bedroom with king bed. An attached bathroom with double sink and oversized garden tub, walk-in closet and washer and dryer are all there as well. Heading back towards the kitchen you'll find it is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for your friends and family. From there you'll head upstairs and come to the 2nd bedroom with a king bed but even more noticeable are the extra-large windows with quite a view. Continuing down the hall you'll pass the 2nd full bathroom and end up in the last of the bedrooms. This room has a standalone queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunkbed and is adjoined to the 3rd full bathroom. The exterior door in this room leads out to arguably the highlight of the home, a large bar-style patio with plenty of seating, a mini-fridge, and an amazing views of the lake and surrounding hills. If you're not relaxing here, there's always the enclosed front porch, firepit in the backyard, or charcoal grill to keep you entertained. Parking is plentiful in the over-sized driveway, enough to accommodate 4 vehicles and a boat. The area is popular for riding around on golf-carts, so if you have one, bring it! And after letting yourself into the home, the entire place is yours to enjoy except for 1 locked supply closet.

In this age of technology, it is no longer necessary for guests to directly interact with the property owners in person. After booking is confirmed, all the information guests need to gain access to the house and enjoy their stay will be shared, including the main-door key code and internet Wi-Fi password. However, if a situation does arise, assistance is always available via email/messaging or phone if help is needed.

Canyon Lake is surrounded by rolling hills that are spotted with homes of all shapes and sizes that sit above the many water-front parks and water recreational areas. The main roadways that circle the lake and connect all the major lake areas are lined with restaurants, bait-and-tackle shops, cliff walls, bars, and water recreational businesses. Canyon Lake has a relaxing feel and pace to it, but everyone can enjoy the lake at their own speed. Being that Canyon Lake is a somewhat rural area, personal vehicles are the primary mode of transportation. Ride-sharing solutions such as Uber / Lyft are available in the peak summer season, but might be limited during the winter months. Don't forget to bring your golf cart to explore the neighborhoods!
