We made a point to contact management before check-in to confirm the condition of the property and were told there were no issues that would affect our stay. That turned out to be misleading and not true. When we arrived, the entire lower level of the home was under construction and completely unusable. This was never disclosed. The listing advertised the “entire home,” which creates a clear expectation—one that was not met. After raising the concern, management claimed that area was “not included,” but that is not how the property was presented.This had a direct impact on our stay. There was no functional access to the backyard or river—one of the primary reasons we booked. With no back stairs, the only way to reach the outdoor area was to exit through the front and walk all the way around, which is not reasonable for a property marketed this way.After our stay, we requested a small partial refund due to the misrepresentation and loss of use. That request was denied, with management maintaining that the space was never included or pictured. That response ignores the broader issue: the listing created a materially inaccurate and deceptive impression of the property.Additionally, the street is dominated by short-term rentals, and EVERY NIGHT there was persistent late-night noise and loud music during our stay--this is not a quiet or relaxing environment.Taken together—undisclosed construction, lack of access to key features, and noise—the experience was awful!

We had a group of 8 people and two dogs and it fit us all perfectly! Views from the master suites was phenomenal. Living room area/kitchen all open access and the views were unobstructed to the Guadalupe. We really enjoyed the fire pit down by the river with a big, beautiful tree overhead.The kayaks were a plus… super fun!There was even a hogwash in the laundry room.Overall, we had a perfect, peaceful weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would definitely return, especially when you get that bottom finished Loved it!!
