Lake It All In offers a front-row seat to the breathtaking beauty of Canyon Lake. Perched just above the shoreline, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home lives up to its name with sweeping lake views that stretch out before you from the moment you arrive. Although the property is technically waterfront, low lake levels have made water access quite difficult. The terrain near the shoreline is rocky and drops 2 3 feet, and may not be ideal for guest use. However, the breathtaking views more than make up for the limited water access.
Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with thoughtful updates throughout. The recently remodeled kitchen features a large island, brand-new appliances, and everything you need to gather, cook, and connect. The open layout flows into a game room outfitted with a combo ping pong/pool table perfect for friendly competition after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, while bedroom two offers a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom three has two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. A second full bathroom, also with a tub/shower, is conveniently located off the hallway.
Step outside and soak in the lake views from the expansive deck, where multiple seating areas invite you to relax and stay awhile. Whether you re lounging in the Adirondack chairs, dining al fresco at one of the two tables, or firing up the gas or charcoal grill, the outdoor space is designed for unforgettable moments.
