Cozy flat located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator and a shared outdoor pool, just 370mt from the beach. It can accommodate up to five guests. It is composed of a well equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony with awning. One covered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
