Cozy studio for up to two guests situated on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator and a shared outdoor pool, only 240 m from the beach. It is equipped with a functional kitchen, a living/dining area with a double sofa bed plus a foldaway single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony overlooking the pool. One covered parking space is included.
