The property consists of a spacious balcony with partial sea view and awning, an open plan kitchenette, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. It comes with one covered parking space, and a reserved beach place (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed).
