One-bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor with an elevator, only 180mt from the beach, it can host up to five guests. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed plus a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a balcony with sea view, and a full bathroom with a shower. The building offers a shared swimming pool, and one uncovered parking space is included.
