La tranquilité à mi-chemin entre Pise et Florence

Un séjour plein de soleil dans un pavillon spacieux. La maison est très agréable, dans un village calme. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de faire les visites de Pise et Florence sans trop faire de route, et même des fin de journée à la mer pour le plaisir des enfants. Merci pour ces belles vacances dans de bonnes conditions.

Maison très agréable, bien située, bon accueil.

La maison est moderne et agréable, les couchages de bonne qualité, le quartier est très tranquille, entouré par la végétation avec une jolie vue sur les collines et l'église du village. Mes enfants ont été malades et Carlotta a été disponible et de bon conseil pour trouver rapidement un médecin. Merci beaucoup ! Pensez à acheter des allumettes pour allumer le gaz.

Maison conforme à la description, très propre, au calme. Bien située 30mn de Pise et des plages une petite heure de Florence. Merci à Carlotta et Alessandro pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Maison que nous conseillons. ps : Carlotta, une poêle plus grande serait bien....

Je conseille FORTEMENT

Nous avons fait un séjour de 15 jours dans cette maison, avec nos 2 enfants. La maison est conforme aux photos : grande, propre, bien équipée, avec un jardin parfait pour profiter et manger dehors. La maison est dans un quartier tranquille, dans une petite rue , idéal pour que les enfants jouent dehors. La ville est équipée de tous commerces. Nous sommes pas loin des grandes villes à visiter. Nous avons accès à la mer, rapidement en 30 min. Quand aux propriétaires de la maison, Patrizia et son amie Carlotta, elles sont parfaites, toujours à notre disposition et cela rapidement. Je recommande cette location à toutes les personnes, surtout famille avec enfants, qui veulent visiter tout en ayant un endroit pas loin pour se poser le soir, au calme.

La casa è molto accogliente, luminosa e spaziosa

Siamo una famiglia di tre persone, abbiamo affittato questa casa e ne siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla un paese carino e comodo per la vicinanza con le famose città di Pisa, Firenze, Lucca ma non solo nei d'intorni ci sono piccoli borghi medievali bellissimi da visitare. Buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze da scoprire e buon vino da assaggiare. C'è un bel giardino dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta. Il proprietario Alessandro è veramente molto disponibile e discreto. La casa è spaziosa e ben curata. Raccomandiamo questa abitazione a tutti, noi abbiamo passata una bella settimana fra relax escursioni visite alle città d'arte, natura e mare.

RELAX E NATURA

Capannoli...ridente cittadina in provincia di Pisa,a pochi km. dalle principali città e mete da visitare,come Firenze,Pisa,Volterra,San Geminiano,Siena...... E' stata davvero una vacanza SUPER,a partire dalla deliziosa casetta,spaziosa,con un giardino gradevole e curato(grazie al pollice super verde del signor Alessandro),ideale per chi,come me,ama gli animali e vuole andare in vacanza con loro! Credetemi che non è da tutti affittare una casa ad una famiglia con 4 cani e 4 gatti....ebbene il signor Alessandro è stato così gentile da ospitare anche loro e posso garantirvi che tutti e 8 hanno molto gradito il soggiorno e il mare.....il mare anche lui a pochi km.... Casetta molto molto graziosa,in un contesto di assoluta tranquillità e immersa nella natura..... Nei nostri 31 giorni di vacanza,non ci siamo MAI annoiati,ogni giorno scoprivamo un posto diverso e bellissimo....ogni giorno visitavamo città meravigliose,ricche di storia e di cultura... Il signor Alessandro è una persona molto gentile,disponibile e garbata e vi saprà sicuramente consigliare il meglio per rendere ancora più magica e speciale la vostra vacanza in questa deliziosa casetta!

"Tout est parfait dans cet endroit, la cuisine est bien complète, on a beaucoup d'' espace et le jardin est petit mais bien agréable et cloturé. Pour nous, les lits étaient un peu durs mais ça c''est selon chacun. Les proprétaires sont charmants et serviables. Tout est propre, la terrasse est bien orientée pour y manger, nous avions une belle vue. Bon séjour aux prochains loueurs, vous serez enchantés."
