La proprietà è stata ristrutturata di recente, offre interni luminosi ed accoglienti, arredati combinando lo stile moderno con le caratteristiche originarie della casa di campagna, come le travi a vista, l'uso del legno e del mattone.

L'ubicazione geografica della casa, in posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile, è perfetta per visitare la Toscana, una delle regioni italiane tra le più importanti per patrimonio storico, culturale, artistico e naturalistico.

La casa si sviluppa su due piani ed ha una superficie complessiva di 60 mq.

Piano terra: spazioso e luminoso SOGGIORNO con divano quattro posti e Smart TV HD 50 pollici.
Il soggiorno si trasforma in una camera accogliente con divano-letto e tende oscuranti.
Si accede poi alla CUCINA, curata in ogni dettaglio, dotata di forno ventilato, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè, bollitore, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
È presente tutto il necessario per cucinare (set di pentole completo, utensili da cucina) e stoviglie.

Dal soggiorno tramite pochi scalini si accede al piano superiore.

Primo piano: accoglie due camere e un bagno.
La CAMERA MATRIMONIALE fresca e avvolgente presenta un letto matrimoniale e un ampio guardaroba (con grucce).

Great house for 4-6 ppl . Very clean . The owner is very friendly, stoppd by for checking in to give us a tour around the house . Location is also good - close to Lucca . Highly recommend it.
