External Description

Villa Giardinetto is located in the countryside of Capannori, just 15 minutes from Lucca. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and parking for 3 cars, the property boasts a private pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, not heated), open from 1st April to 1st October, and equipped with a hydromassage area, sun loungers, and outdoor shower.

Next to the pool is a large gazebo with a dining table for 14 people, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a comfortable kitchen, equipped with sink, barbecue and pizza oven (wood is not provided so it is the guests' responsibility). At the back of the kitchen there is a toilet.

The owners live in an apartment inside the villa, are always available for any need guaranteeing maximum privacy.

Internal Description

Recently renovated, Villa Giardinetto is made up of 2 apartments, each with an independent entrance, and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including a toilet in the garden). The two apartments are located inside two separate buildings, located a few steps away from each other.

Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. 1 high chair is available on request. Small pets are allowed on request.

Apartment 1: This apartment is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a dining table for 6 people, tv, and double sofa bed. Following is a laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor hosts a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (a double bed + a single bed), and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment 2: The second apartment is set on one single level (the ground floor) and can host up to 5 people. At the entrance there is a single bed, then you will find an equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people, tv, and double sofa bed. From the kitchen you can directly access the pool area.

Lastly there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
