A nice garden surrounds the house, fully fenced, private, and well-maintained, of about 700 square meters. Covered patio accessible from the kitchen, ideal for outdoor meals. A charcoal barbecue is located next to the house, perfect for summer cookouts.

The private swimming pool is located at the front of the house, and is clearly visible. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 5x10m and it has a fixed depth of 1.40 metres. It has a chlorine purification system, accessed internally via a Roman staircase. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas so that you can spend long days in the sun in complete relaxation.
