- A friendly dining room, perfect for sharing good meals around a large table.
- An open, fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your meals with ease.
From this living room, you will have direct access to the shaded terrace, decorated with a pergola. Enjoy the sweetness of the Landes air, comfortably seated in the garden furniture or around the dining area, savoring delicious grilled meats prepared on the plancha. The sunny garden, furnished with some games for children, will delight young and old.

The house has four bedrooms, spread over two levels:
On the ground floor, a master suite with adjoining bathroom and direct access to the garden, equipped with a double bed (140x190)
Upstairs,
- A bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

- A bedroom with double bed (160x200) and large closet.
