This rental includes:

On the ground floor, a living area with an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room (equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine). Direct access to the semi-covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one very bright bedroom with a 140cm double bed facing south, and a second bedroom with trundle beds on the opposite side. There is also a renovated shower room.

Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price. You can contact our agency for rates. Upon arrival, two security deposits will be required: €500 for the accommodation and €90 for cleaning.

Brief stay in Capbreton

The property was very clean. The apartment itself felt a little small for threeand was located in a building on a busy street corner. That said, it was easy walking distance from the center of the town. The management company staff were available and helpful. WiFi was really not available at the property, but we were able to do laundry and prepare meals.
