The ground-floor cottage, Gîte Charles, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 1 km from the ocean. It offers: a living room/kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, and four-burner induction cooktop; a lounge with a sofa bed and TV area, with Wi-Fi access; a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm); and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are included. Heating and electricity are included up to 8 kilowatt-hours per day. Reversible air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom for year-round comfort. You can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a griddle. An additional person can be accommodated (€10/day) on a sofa bed in the living room. The Gîte Charles is nestled in a cul-de-sac, with a shared courtyard and free street parking. Small pets are welcome upon request. A stopover 10 minutes from the ocean, in all seasons, with a range of activities on land and on the water!
