You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
House 800 m from the beach, south and north facing garden. 1-star house
Rent house of 45 m² in a quiet residence.
Close to all amenities, (= vacancy also for the car which is no longer essential). Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center as well as the marina and fishing port. Bike path at the foot of the house. 1 garden on the north side and a garden on the south side, sheltered terrace (see photo). 1 private parking space.
A bedroom with a 120 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
On the large mezzanine (with carpet) 4 beds (2 double beds) with shower room (bidet and sink)
Kitchen area with combined hob, microwave, freezer. Living room with TV / TNT with possibility of USB key to view your films and photos on TV, as well as to listen to your music.
No smoking in the house.
Optional:
- household linen (quilt house, mattress cover and disposable pillowcases as well as non-disposable hand towels) 10 euros per person.
- Household 50 euros.
Seasonal rental all year round.
Price: from 350 euros in low season to 750 euros in high season.
