The property is stunning, it feels very private and is a great location to unwind and relax. The service however didn’t meet the standards or the money you pay to stay here. Not because it was poor, bad or unfriendly but because they were totally understaffed. Service was very slow and overall uncoordinated/misaligned. Would consider visiting again but I think I’d get better value elsewhere.

Lovely modern property with huge rooms and balconies, very attentive staff and wonderful setting. Would have been nice to know that many of the hotel facilities would be unavailable at the time of our stay BEFORE we booked. The fact that the pools areas were closed and restaurants not open only contributed to the feeling that this hotel was not properly open for business at this time of year! Some of the worst food I've eaten in any hotel in Spain in many years. The Tapas served in Balearic restaurant was dreadful and the in room dining options were not much better. I would not waste my money on the food here but would advise eating outside of the hotel complex.

Perfect!

We had a lovely week here last week, the hotel and staff are amazing, everything you could possibly want for is anticipated. Kids (including our 2 year old) are made to feel really welcome too, and lots of nice touches like complementary fruit and water all over the resort. There are 4 great pools, the kids one is fantastic with a sun shade over it. Spa was lovely, I had a great massage there. Food at the restaurants, was good, the tapas bar food was outstanding. The breakfasts were something we really looked forward to each day, the food and staff each morning were second to none. Highly recommended.

Top Hotel, topService, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Der Pool war leider nur knapp 20 Grad warm anfangs Oktober, ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte einen geheizten Pool haben, zb via Sonnenkollektoren,Sonne gibt es ja genug auf Mallorca !!
