A piece of heaven

This being our first visit to the Dordogne we did not know what to expect and we were not disappointed! A short drive from Monpazier the property did not disappoint. The gite is well equipped with two comfortable bedrooms. The private swimming pool an added bonus. All were immaculately clean. Anything you read about this picturesque area does not prepare you for its history and wonderful countryside -absolutely beautiful. The property itself is set away from the town and offers total peace and relaxation. Perfect for couples and families with young children. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie Josée. Hôtesse très agréable, vraiment très sympathique. La maison ne manque de rien, reste bien fraîche quand il fait chaud dehors. Seul petit bémol piscine non chauffée (aux alentours de 24 degrés) mais cela ne nous a quand même pas empêché d’aller nous baigner. Je recommande Encore merci à vous Marie Josée À bientôt

Très belle maison joliment décorée en pleine campagne au calme et à proximité d'un beau village où il est agréable de se balader , faire ses courses et prendre un verre à la terrasse du café sur la grande place .La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes et la douche à l'italienne aussi ! De plus nous avons le privilège de profiter de la piscine qui n'est réservée qu'aux locataires de la maison.Il etait agréable de manger sur la terrasse prés d'un magnifique tilleul avec une vue sur le champs et les bois ,où on apercevait des chevreuils.Les proprietaires nous ont reçu avec un panier de fraises 🍓, du paté fait maison sans oublier la bouteille de vin! Ils sont discrets et très sympathiques et nous les remercions pour ces vacances où le cadre ne peut que nous détendre...Pour ceux qui sont à la recherche de tranquillité, c'est l'endroit idéal...

Heel fijn verblijf!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken met 2 kinderen (13 en 15 jaar oud). Huisje was zeer schoon en volledig uitgerust (met name de keuken en goede wifi). Prive zwembad was ook heerlijk en netjes (meerdere keren per week schoongemaakt). Verhuurders respecteren je privacy. Vanaf ons terras 3x reeen gezien. Omgeving is prachtig en er is veel te zien en te doen. Kortom, een aanrader!

Un séjour pour le réveillon de Noël n famille très agréable. Des hôtes adorables. Nous avons été gâtés avec un panier garni et l'hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre un magnifique sapin naturel pour nos enfants. Le lieu est reposant et la maison a beaucoup de charme. A refaire sans hésitation.
