Enjoy the quiet old Florida Style neighborhood with towering oaks and a lovely greenspace. Your unit has it's own small courtyard with a BarBQue for quiet dinners. Screened in porch with a dining table is a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy the laidback lifestyle of this unique community right by the beach access!

I am local to the area. So, I am a 3 minute drive away if needed. I do utilize contactless check in for my guests. But, you are not abandoned! I am here if you need me!

This is a quiet residential type setting with a short stroll to the beach. If you are looking for a resort type of setting, this is not it. But, if you enjoy peace and quiet, and living like a local, this is your place!
