Monroe unit 4 was recently renovated and features modern and clean accommodations throughout.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are queen beds in both the master and guest bedrooms, with a full pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests in the living area. Enjoy a bright, updated bathroom as well.
Kitchen and dining: The unit features a large, full kitchen with a sleek counter bar and all appliances. The dining table seats six.
Living: Cable and Wi-FI are included so you can watch TV or Stream your favorite shows and movies from your sofa.
Ocean access: You are a few minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean at the heart of the quiet Cape Canaveral beaches.
