Watch the rocket launches from the beach only 15-20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 30 minutes from all the theme parks Disney, MGM studios, universal, Sea World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Visit Ron Jons famous surf shop, take a offshore fishing trip only minutes away at Port Canaveral, gambling boat, great eating establishments, close to cruise ships,watch the cruise ships come and go. All linens and towels provided, boogie board, sand toys.

This was the perfect, affordable place for me to spend my time in Cape Canaveral. Quiet, central to lots of fun stuff, and easy to get in and out. My host was easy to reach, easy to communicate with and very accommodating while I worked through a couple of scheduling snaffus on my part.

I can't wait to go back!

This condo made for a great base for our most recent trip to Cape Canaveral. The location is nice and central, making for a short trip to all of the nearby points of interest in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and the beach access is very close. I also appreciated the assigned parking spots. The property is very well kept, and we got some great rest there while we weren't out enjoying the area.
