This 1b/1b beach town condo is on the 1st floor of a very beautiful poolside complex with covered common grilling area, and coin operated laundry on site. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts from home. Plenty of closet and storage space to store your belongings for an extended stay.

Friendly Atmosphere

Everything is exactly what you see in the pictures. Pool area and grounds well kept. Easy three block walk to the beach. Unit filled with what you need to go to the beach. People in other units very friendly. Nice walking park directly across the street.

Cape Launch

Whether you want to be close to the beach or see a launch. You can see and hear a launch from this property. Plenty of off street parking. Nice well kept clean complex. Unit had all the amenities needed to be near beach. Chairs umbrella etc. The pool was a bonus after a day sightseeing
