Catch a sunrise or a rocket launch, the possibilities are endless.



The Space:

Our beautifully updated condo features a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV that's perfect for movie nights. You'll love cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Our bathroom is clean, updated and features fresh towels and toiletries. The complex features a sparkling pool perfect for cooling off on hot days.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral, just 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. And if you want to explore further, our location provides easy access to travel to Orlando. With the beach and rocket launches just steps away, you won't find a better spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

The inside of the unit was redone looked really nice. The outside of the building could use some work. Over all I was satisfied with my stay. I couldn’t connect to the WiFi the whole time I was there. Spoke to the host and nothing seemed to work.

The property was extremely run down and very unkept. The unit had been redone but the bathroom door didn’t latch much less lock.Listing side, washer and dryer, but it was a pay washer and dryer outside and another area..

It was a nice stay! The apartment was very clean. The overall faculty was not fancy but quirky and cute. The location is a short uber to cocoa beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large. I’d stay again.

this property is currently in the process of being upgraded. the units are clean and have been renovated and are very nice. pool area and outside landscaping need work but we see that this is underway. great location staff is attentive and very helpful
