The room was clean but there was a pubic hair found in the shower. No hot water, terrible water pressure. A maintenance man did come up to check the water, and he told us we needed to not turn the handle all the way over to hot. Maybe they should mark it if that's the case. He did not even address the pubic hair.

Virgiania who checked us in was amazing!! Helpful and friendly. Loved the location to the beach and a heated outdoor pool with a bar and bathroom availabile. The breakfast had lots of options and there was tea , hot chocoalte and coffee available all the time. We were very pleased with our stay.
