The spacious layout provides plenty of room to lounge around while the chef of the group whips up their favorites in the well stocked open kitchen. It features a queen bed in the one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; making it perfect for a small family or multi-couple vacation. Cape Canaveral offers wide sidewalks to explore the area. You will be a few blocks from City Hall where you can experience movies in the park or outdoor chess. Beach access is it right across the street. Make sure you check the rocket launch schedule, or simply watch the cruise ships come and go while relaxing in the sand. If you will be splitting your vacation (land and sea (cruise) this property is less than 2 miles from the port. Even if you are not taking a cruise you can dine at one of the many restaurants at the port and watch the ships cruise in/out. The sizes of the ships will make your jaw drop as they roll by.

This property was Very easy to check in…it was EXACTLY as described in the listing! It’s literally a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and they provided everything that was needed for a relaxing beach day! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay at Bikini Bottom. Cannot beat the location. Well-stocked unit. Pleasantly surprised with starter amenities, as well as beach gear!! We used the umbrella and the mini cooler several times!!

Beach visit

Very close to beach (1 block) in a quiet neighborhood. Property was "beachy"! Had a nice front porch. Alas, no Keurig as shown in pictures, but managed with coffee brewer. Small TV with kind of confusing remotes. BR TV and more comfy bed would be nice.

Great Value For The Money

The interior has recently been remodeled. Looks great. Appliances are in good shape as is the furniture and bed. Plenty of room. TV and internet are excellent when working. Probably shouldn’t be advertised as 2 bedroom since the ‘second bedroom’ is no more than a sofa bed. Being so close to the beach was a big plus. We had some issues. 1. There was a cockroach in the kitchen sink one morning. We put out roach killer, and never saw another one after that. 2. The dishwasher was out of commission for 3 days. 3. We had trouble with the cable TV and internet, but both were corrected by speaking with the provider since East Coast Living was unable to take care of the issues. 4. The iron had rusty water in it which left brown water on clothes that were being steam ironed. After emptying then refilling with clean water, I used the shot-of-steam function until it ran clear. After that I wiped the bottom heating plate and steam holes with a paper towel. However, when I was ironing a white sport shirt (without steam) another brown spot appeared. Time for a new iron. 5. One time when I called the property manager I had to leave a voicemail since no one answered. They never called back. I had to call again the next day. Despite the issues we’ll definitely want to rent here again.

Great location, perfect for a couple

Location, location, location! This property is perfect for going to the beach, and watching rocket launches. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to major roads. The property was clean and adequately stocked, the front porch swing was a nice spot to relax, and the washer /dryer was the best I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. The property should not be listed as a two bedroom. It is a one bedroom with a pullout couch that is not ideal for sleeping due to thin, worn out mattress. There is not enough dining seating for 4, but this place is perfect for 2.

This property was fantastic and super close to family…about as close as one can get in Florida. The management was fantastic and super communicative. I somehow managed to panic lock myself out of the building and called and they were able to change the code super fast. I loved this place and absolutely with be planning to stay again the next time I visit family.

Overall the location is perfect. In town with my daughter for a family event. Had 2 beds. Everything we needed the place had. Had a quiet, cool place to come back to sleep after all the fun. Would definitely book again !
