The host was nice, but the amenities was not. First off the heating system was not working properly and first night the temperature was 27 and the heating system couldn’t keep up. The next day she brought over a portable heater for use until it could be repaired. The skillets were not in good shape the Teflon was pilling off, she replaced them after I showed her the shape they were in. The next thing I found was the sink in kitchen was leaking water out of the trap really bad and had been doing it for some time, she repaired it and cleaned up the mess in the kitchen sink base. The WiFi was terrible for two weeks of our stay with a download speed of 8 to 50 mbps, you couldn’t watch tv with out it constantly reloading and buffering, she called Spectrum and they had to replace parts of their system and lastly the heating and cooling system is a split unit and when the temperature warmed up the inside unit started to freeze up and fan blades would hit the ice buildup and wake us up in the middle of the night and throw out ice and water all over the crouch and I would have to turn off the unit so it could defrost, I reported this to the owner so it could be repaired before renting it out again.
