Stunning views! You cannot lose with this direct oceanfront Penthouse with an oceanfront balcony. Privacy and peace abounds with no one close to your balcony. Sit and enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise. Have a cool drink on the balcony in the evening. Watch the events of the day unfold on the beach. Both bedrooms have oceanfront views from the beds. This unit truly brings the beach INSIDE!

Contactless check in is used. But, I am nearby and can be there if you need me.

Nestled in a wonderful residential community on a private stretch of the beach with no nearby public parking, this property is in high demand. Beautiful gated community in a safe area that the locals love!

With no nearby businesses on the beach a rental car is recommended. However, you can rent ebikes, and bikes and have them delivered to the property.

You must be 26 years or older to rent this unit. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver's license and sign a contract. If you cancel, we will refund you the amount less any credit card processing fee.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Peacock Beach. A hot tub is available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the condo.

Spring Break

Great location People onsite were very nice. Great ocean views. Host was fantastic and very informative. The condo needs a lot of updating. None of the windows or patio doors had screens. There were too many stairs for our preference. Very limited cooking supplies. No pizza pan and the cookie sheet was solid rust. We loved the area, but will not be back to this particular unit. The main floor bedroom tv is not a smart tv which could be updated with a plug in roku. The carpet from bedroom to bathroom was peeling up. The toilet handle sticks and shower not easy to shut off. Furniture not comfortable and worn out.
