Being located in a small cul-de-sac neighborhood made this a lovely, quiet place to stay for a few days while still being close to all the charms of Matlacha & beyond. The pool was a wonderful and refreshing addition during the hot days we were there. It's quite small, so we were thankful there weren't many other guests during our stay, and we almost had it to ourselves.The condo was cute, cozy, and very clean. While we didn't have an operable coffee maker that first morning, the Property Manager quickly made sure we received one. She was incredibly responsive even when off-site, which was wonderful. My only improvement suggestion concerns other guests' treatment of the amenities, but these are issues that could also be rectified by management, which is the use of the outdoor grills. We were tempted to use the one available, but it and the grilling tools had not been cleaned after what appeared to be heavy use. It felt like too much trouble to take the tools up to our second-floor kitchen, wash them, then take them back down to use for grilling, after also cleaning the grill. We would have gladly washed them after our own use, but chose to abandon the plan altogether. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to others who don't need bells and whistles but appreciate clean, comfortable accommodations.
