Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT SUNSET

- homey accommodation for up to 4 guests - well-equipped kitchen - bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub - cozy atmosphere guaranteed!

You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or you enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television (there is 1 TV in the living room with local TV - no other TV in the unit!).

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest...
In the bedroom, there is also one futon/sofa bed for a third guest (please note that we charge $15 per night for the 3rd or more guests - so please be sure to enter the correct number of guests to see the full final price before finalizing your booking).
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the community pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Beachhouse Resort

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this property. Location is perfect for our likes and interests. Hoping for improvement with the pool cleanliness. This year we were a bit disappointed 😔 Maybe a different pool service company may be the solution. Over all, we like coming to the Beachhouse Resort.

Clean cozy property located close to restaurants and a small beach. Outfitted well for two people. Coin operated washer dryer on property. Screened in porch and pool area. On site parking. Very quiet and safe setting..

Absolutely loved it!

My sister and I were visiting as I am casing the area for a possible move there. We made a mini vacay out of it as well. Was a little surprised that there wasn't central A/C as up north (Maryland) we only have 3-4 months of summer and have Central A/C almost everywhere. It was still cool enough tho and was so nice to have our private pool & hot tub shared with 4 other apartments. It was nice to meet some other "out of town" people where we were staying so we didn't feel completely alone. Met some really nice neighbors there. Absolutely loved the place and will def visit again! :)

2nd time stay

This is a nice place and we felt well taken care of. Judy was there if we needed anything! 1 recommendation to property owner would be to invest in some new window blinds or room darkening curtains in the bedroom. Light and passer bys can see into bedroom pretty easy . Will stay again!
