Parking in driveway only (4 vehicle maximum). No street parking or on the lawn. Please also don't back into neighbors driveway.
Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. All garbage brought down to the street on Tuesday night.
